The belief of Svaja is that all people, no matter who they are (child or adult, rural or urban, poor or wealthy, employed or unemployed) have the potential to acquire capabilities that will ensure that they bring positive changes in their lives, better income opportunities, and lead a better quality of life. However, it is required to provide an enabling environment to these in terms of access, information, resources, etc. through focused interventions to achieve it. Through Svaja, we aim to bridge the gap so that all become adequately capable driving the change for betterment of their own life and taking society along. In a nutshell, we would like to equip the people (needy section) to take charge (of being adequately capable) of their own development with access of knowledge, skill, information, and resources. Being adequately capable will help them achieve the dream for betterment of own life.
