Sutul is an MBA in Rural Development from University of Allahabad. In her more than sixteen years of experience in the development sector, she has worked with some of the reputed organisations in India, viz. Association for Stimulating Know How (ASK), Action beyond Help & Support (ABHAS), Development Alternatives, and Centre for Development Communication (CDC) and Drishtee Foundation. She also has contributed to various development projects supported by reputed national and international organizations like ADB, DFID, UNICEF, CDKN, Ford foundation, NPCL, PNB MetLife, BALCO, SMBC, HCL foundation etc.

While, she has worked across diverse areas of sustainable development, viz. her focus has been on early childhood development, education, livelihood, women empowerment, and community engagement. She firmly believes in the role children and women could play in driving social change in the society and is extremely passionate to work on issues related to these.

She strongly believes that every individual has capacity to bring change in their life, provided they are facilitated with guidance, skills, and resources in a timely manner.
